Familiar with and ability to utilize all hand and power tools including wrenches, sockets, hammers, tape measures, crimpers, cutters, and steel banding.

Stand and walk throughout an entire shift
Operate stamping presses and perform routine machine adjustments, loading and unloading of materials, and basic troubleshooting
May assist with minor machine maintenance as required
Requires attention to detail, concentration, and the ability to inspect parts for quality while operating production equipment
Regular exposure to manufacturing conditions including noise, dirt, oil, smoke, and moving machinery. PPE is required
Works effectively with supervisors, weld leaders, quality personnel, and other departments to maintain production flow and resolve issues
Reports directly to the Production Supervisor
