Understand verbal and written safety and quality instructions and read and comprehend written work instructions including words and drawings
2 years of welding experience using a variety of materials
Maintains valid (PIT) powered industrial truck license.
The welding test and interview must be satisfactorily completed prior to the job being awarded.

Must have basic English written and oral communication skills adequate to communicate with other team members.
Knowledge and proficiency with: Microsoft Office computer software and Maximo CMMS
Must be able to perform basic measurements and math.
Demonstrate ability to weld Stainless Steel and Aluminum to meet the strength and dimensional tolerances on the standard drawings.
Weld components for manufacturing maintenance as needed to support production, especially aluminum as this position is the lead aluminum welders on-site.
High School graduate or equivalent
Demonstrate the ability to read and interpret the standard drawings for the sterilization trays and bases.
Ability to enter and assign RFID tags in the BMTCS system.
Ability to learn how to effectively use Maximo to accomplish all items listed above.
Ability to set up and operate welders, plasma cutters, grinders, drills, and basic hand tools safely.
