Repair Technician Level 1
Perform testing, troubleshooting, and repair of electronic equipment, ensuring defective electronics are correctly diagnosed and restored to required operational condition
Configure inventory items both physically and via software according to established standards and specific customer order requirements within the warehouse environment
Ability to work 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday, totaling 40 hours, with flexibility to work overtime if needed based on operational requirements
Ability to understand and utilize diagnostic software and testing equipment to efficiently diagnose and troubleshoot defective electronics in a production environment
Adapt to changing customer needs by performing a variety of tasks, demonstrating flexibility to move between different repair, configuration, or warehouse-related activities
Meet or exceed daily production run rates while delivering a consistently high level of quality on all tested, repaired, and configured electronic items
Experience in the repair of PCs, Laptops, Servers, Printers, and other electromechanical equipment, applying established diagnostic and repair techniques to restore functionality
This role requires attention to detail, adherence to ESD standards and safety rules, and the flexibility to handle multiple tasks based on changing customer needs
Hands-on experience configuring electronics in a production environment, demonstrating capability to follow configuration standards and repeatable procedures accurately
Abide by ESD standards and conform to all safety rules and regulations
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and via electronic messaging with Management and co-workers, ensuring clear coordination of tasks and issue resolution
The role may be classified as Non-Exempt and reports to a Warehouse Operations Supervisor or Manager
High School diploma or GED required
