Fluent in Spanish and English is strongly preferred
Reliable transportation to travel to client homes and other locations
Must have one of these availabilities, Monday – Friday: 8:00am-5:00pm, or 9:00am-6:00pm, or 12:00pm-7:00pm, or 3:00pm-7:00pm
Provide one-on-one support to clients with autism spectrum disorder
Collect and record data on client behavior and progress
A heart for helping kids
A calm, steady presence
Eagerness and energy to play
Tech savviness - learn our data collection software and use basic office software
Must be able to obtain and maintain RBT certification if applicable
Paid RBT Certification - No experience necessary, we will help you get trained on the job!

High School Diploma + one of the following:
At least one completed college course
Currently enrolled in college
Associate's or Bachelor's degree
Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, registration & insurance
Comfortable with local travel to nearby client locations (20–40mi radius)
Passion for working with children
Physical requirements: Active role including standing, kneeling, running, and lifting up to 50 lbs while engaging with children
