2+ years of experience in complex cable harness assembly in an aerospace, defense, or medical manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
Must be able to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
Soldering experience is required; certification to J-STD-001 is a significant advantage.
Experience with hand tools, including crimpers, strippers, and soldering irons.
Must be able to meet and maintain workmanship standards (e.g., IPC/WHMA-A-620, IPC-A-610).
Must have good English communication skills (reading and writing) to successfully complete training and follow highly regulated work instructions.
Experience with potting, molding, or testing cable assemblies is a plus.
