Minimum two (2) years' experience of inkjet/imaging experience
Proficient with job database software and PC navigation (screens and menus)
Demonstrates sufficient computer skills to make machine adjustments based on product specifications
Ability to exhibit sound judgment and decision-making ability
High level of attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and task completion
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Ability to read and write in English to understand work instructions and complete required documentation and communicate effectively with team
Reliable, dependable, and punctual with a consistent work ethic
Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions, including prioritized task lists
Flexibility and willingness to work overtime and/or weekends as needed
