Child chare if at home
Grounds for immediate termination: theft, gross misconduct, repeated negligence, disclose or discuss the Employer's private matters, finances, or household affairs outside of work, take pictures, movies or audio records at my premises without written permission.
Either party may terminate this agreement with 14 days' written notice.
The Employee agrees to work as a live-in housekeeper, performing tasks including but not limited to: General cleaning and tidying of the home
Laundry and ironing
Cooking or meal preparation
The Employee agrees not to disclose or discuss the Employer's private matters, finances, or household affairs outside of work.
The Employee will be provided with keys/access codes.
(Every contract must be checked from my lawyer before i can agree to it. I am sorry I am new in USA and I don't have experience with the US working and tax law.)
This contract begins on ?? and is ongoing unless terminated.
The Employee have 10 days PTO a year.
The Employee will reside at the Employer's home located (Just an option if it helps you. You can also live somewhere else.)
Errands
The Employer will provide necessary cleaning supplies, equipment, and safety instructions.
Respectful and professional behavior required at all times
The Employee is considered a household employee under U.S. law.
All keys must be returned upon termination of employment.
Providing a W-2 form annually
Use of personal devices during working hours should be minimal
The Employer is responsible for: Withholding and paying Social Security, Medicare, and unemployment taxes
No smoking, drinking, or drug use on the premises
Sick leave with Doctor's note or Medical certificate are additional PTO days.
Private devices with cameras are not allowed on the premises
