AS9102 FAIR
PPAP
AS9102 FAIR and PPAP documentation
Working knowledge of AS9102 FAIR and PPAP documentation
Experience in quality inspection, ideally in manufacturing or machining
Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
Exceptional attention to detail with strong visual and dimensional inspection skills
Clear, confident communication skills for working across departments
Familiarity with ERP systems for quality tracking and reporting
Solid understanding of ISO/AS quality standards and compliance processes
Operate and program Zeiss/CMM equipment using Calypso software
Quality inspection responsibilities including incoming materials, in-process, and finished products
Inspect and approve incoming materials by verifying specifications and recording results
Identify and reject nonconforming materials and coordinate returns with documentation
Prepare and maintain detailed documentation including FAIR/PPAP and reports
Conduct final inspections on finished products and authorize rework when necessary
Maintain accurate inspection records for traceability
Care for and calibrate measurement devices
Support ISO/AS quality system compliance and contribute to process improvements
Experience with customer-specific quality requirements and auditing processes
Working within ERP for quality tracking and reporting
