At least 5 years of experience as a Legal Assistant or Litigation Legal Secretary, ideally within personal injury defense or general litigation
Knowledge of litigation procedures, discovery processes, court rules, and document-management best practices
Experience preparing subpoenas, assisting with discovery, and supporting trial preparation
Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and balance multiple priorities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal databases/document-management tools

Admission to the state bar of the specified office location
