Experience in hands on assembly and mechanical experience testing.
Able to follow operations sheets for detailed work instructions.
Must be a US Citizen.
Ability to operate several types of machine tools and perform related hand and bench operations.
Ability to plan operations and perform complicated set-ups for self and others
Recommend changes in methods or designs based upon knowledge of metals and metal processing
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Able to maintain records, work status and supply inventory
Participate in team continuous improvement activities
Enter data in inventory control system
Cross train within the department on other various operations as required
Training and documentation of other associates in the department to add production capabilities
Willingness to learn lathe work is a plus
Willingness to learn soldering is a plus
