Must be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience in creation of manufacturing Planning for product realization
Must have experience with MIL-STD documents, reading and interpretation of ASME Y14.5
Strong process management, process improvement, problem solving and cost reduction skills
CAD experience in Orcad and Autocad.
Ability to read and decipher blueprints, drawings, procedures, and GD&T.;
Minimum 5+ years' experience in Aerospace and Defense industry

Process Engineering - Has a track record of successfully machining difficult parts with stringent requirements. Understands the pitfalls of operation selection, material removal, tooling application, and material science.
CNC Machine Operation - Ability to run and operate CNC machines including part setup, tool loading, tool offsets, spindle probing.
GD &T; - Strong understanding of GD&T; and engineering print reading.
CAM Programming - 5+ years programming aerospace parts
Machining Knowledge - Has applicable experience with a variety of machine types (mills, lathes), materials (alum, stainless, hard metals), tooling application, workholding, and fixture design.
Communication - Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
