7+ years of experience in business analysis, analytics, or business intelligence, with at least 2 years in a leadership or mentorship role
Proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience building dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
Hands-on experience writing production-quality Python code (scripting, ETL/ELT, API integration); experience with RPA-to-AI/automation migration is a plus
Experience delivering analytics solutions in a modern data environment (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, or comparable cloud platforms)
Strong understanding of BI best practices, data modeling, and end-to-end analytics delivery from requirements through UAT and adoption

Minimum three years of recent hands-on experience with IGA solutions, with at least one year specifically focused on SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC)
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Application onboarding and migration experience; demonstrated experience contributing to at least one migration project from a legacy IAM solution (for example: Oracle Identity Manager, SailPoint Identity (IIQ)) to SailPoint ISC
Solid understanding of core Identity and Access Management principles, including identity lifecycle management, access requests, access certification, and role engineering; understanding of IAM and governance concepts, security controls, and regulatory requirements related to access governance (for example: SOX, NIST, ISO 27001); familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
