2 years of warehouse experience preferred
6 months or more of Warehouse/Distribution team lead experience
Proficiency in MS Office Products required (Outlook, Word and Excel)
Understanding of and experience working with Warehouse Management Systems
Experience with basic data entry / time and attendance tracking
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and written
Work in a physically demanding warehouse environment – continuously lifting and moving up to 50lbs.
Meet/lead/inspire fast-paced productivity goals and standards
Excellent customer service required
Overtime/Weekends will be required during peak/seasonal volumes
Ability to work in various climate conditions (potentially including cooler/freezers)
Standing 8 to 10 hours per day
Effective communication skills
