A minimum of eight years of consulting experience in health payer industry or executive level experience working in a health payer organization
Masters degree from an accredited college/university
Direct experience in leading large transformation projects which includes managing complex project budgets and timelines, significant stakeholder engagement and management and understanding complex regulatory issues and the ability to identify business opportunities, attract new business and build lasting professional relationships with senior client executives and relevant skills in project management with hands-on experience
