At least 4 years of leadership experience, with demonstrated success owning or influencing a revenue-driving business or channel
Demonstrated success managing vendors, negotiating contracts and optimizing partner ecosystems
Strong eCommerce expertise, with a deep understanding of conversion, AOV and digital merchandising
Strong operational expertise across inventory management, fulfillment and logistics, with the ability to build scalable processes
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Data-driven mindset, with experience using analytics to inform strategy and measure performance and guide decision-making
