Proven experience managing P&L; and driving cost optimization, margin improvement and operational efficiency
At least 8 years of experience across eCommerce, retail, merchandising, or DTC businesses
At least 4 years of leadership experience, with demonstrated success owning or influencing a revenue-driving business or channel
Demonstrated success managing vendors, negotiating contracts and optimizing partner ecosystems
Strong eCommerce expertise, with a deep understanding of conversion, AOV and digital merchandising
