Education: College Degree preferred but equivalent work experience is sufficient
Good decision making skills - must be able to work independently with little supervision
Automotive or dealer experience is a HUGE PLUS, but it is preferred not required

Demonstrated ability to develop a clear point of view and influence stakeholders across functions and levels
