At least 5 years of specialized experience in roofing supervision (TPO, PVC, EPDM, and Metal)
Advanced proficiency in reading blueprints, architectural drawing details, and technical submittals
Current certification or proven ability to operate loading and lift equipment, including crane and rigging oversight
(company will provide certification training)
Absolute willingness to travel within a 200-mile radius of Louisville, KY for project-based assignments
