Minimum 5 years of project management experience in HVAC or mechanical contracting
Strong knowledge of industrial HVAC systems including chillers, boilers, air handlers, and piping systems
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred (equivalent experience accepted)
Proficient with Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, or comparable project management tools
Ability to interpret complex blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
Demonstrated success managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client expectations
OSHA 30 certification preferred
