Roll, proof, bake, frost, and decorate cinnamon rolls.
Prepare cookies, brownies, brookies, banana bread, baby buns, cookie cakes, and Cinnacakes.
Maintain proper product levels according to store PAR levels.
Accurately weigh and portion products to ensure consistency.
Follow all recipe and presentation standards.
Monitor baking times and product freshness throughout the day.
Properly label, date, and rotate products.
Monitor ingredient levels and communicate shortages to management.
Restock toppings, frostings, and prep stations throughout the shift.
Receive and properly store deliveries.
