Experience: 1+ year previous experience as a residential property manager, with HUD / Section 8 experience a big plus
Or, 3 years previous experience in a general manager position, or similar, with exceptional people leadership and process management experience
Education: High School diploma, or associate's degree is a big plus
Having COS, LIHTC, HCCP, AHM is a plus – you will be given the chance to obtain as an associate
Dependability: Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic
Technically Savvy: You have great computer skills and fluent with Microsoft Office suite, and experience with Yardi is a big plus
Experience with HUD / Section 8 (big plus)

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Quality, Manufacturing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 5 years of progressive quality experience in a similar manufacturing or assembly environment
Demonstrated experience with quality systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or equivalent)
Strong knowledge of root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action processes (8D, 5 Whys, FMEA, etc.)
