Experience with Restaurant365 (R365) accounting software and Toast POS system
Minimum 3–5 years' experience as an Accounting Manager or Controller, ideally in multi-unit restaurants
Hands-on experience leading full month-end close independently
Oversight of consolidated financials, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across multiple locations
Strong understanding of COGS, inventory management, and vendor oversight
Demonstrated skill in leading and developing direct reports (2–3 staff)
