Skilled in troubleshooting three-phase 480V systems, 24V control panels, motors, and PLCs.
Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
Experience with Siemens and Allen-Bradley PLC platforms
Proficient in hydraulic and pneumatic systems troubleshooting and repair.
Familiarity with ISO 50001 energy systems and Significant Energy Uses (SEUs). Support ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems compliance.
Experience supporting metal forming and stamping equipment.
Demonstrate ability to work independently and document work thoroughly using a computerized maintenance system (CMMS).
