Proven ability to initiate and execute change into mature processes
Attention to detail will be key as you verify that finished products conform to quality standards and progress smoothly through inspection and release.
Must be able to read blueprints, troubleshoot from schematics, and assist in writing test procedures
Solid knowledge of machining principles and methods including conventional, non-conventional applications
Associates degree in electronics field or equivalent military training required
Minimum 2 years of experience working in an electro-mechanical or electronic test environment
Demonstrated hands on manufacturing / shop floor experience
This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a "U.S. Person " as defined by 22. C.F.R. §120.15 is required. "U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, asylee, or refugee.
Must be proficient in the use of test, inspection, and calibration equipment
MS Office (Excel, Word, Access, etc.)
Deep firsthand knowledge of manufacturing operations, the ability to provide real-time shop support with solid troubleshooting skills leading to consistent production and quality
Mechanically inclined and understands production fabrication and assembly
