Must be able to communicate and interact effectively and cooperatively both verbally and in writing with vendors, contractors and employees at all levels of the organization.
Must have basic math skills including binary operations (+-/*) and decimal/fraction conversions.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Must be able to read and record measurements with precision and accuracy; identify and utilize detailed part names, numbers, and critical characteristics.
