1 to 3 years of professional experience in mechanical or structural assembly
Proficiency with pneumatic drills, riveting guns, and shop machinery
Strong understanding of tolerances and geometry
Experience ideally with pneumatic tools and blueprints
Must be able to read and interpret blueprints and drawings
Must be able to position, align, and fit structural parts using jigs, fixtures, and hoists
Must be able to secure parts using structural adhesives or fasteners like rivets, bolts, and screws
Must be able to cut, trim, drill, ream, and deburr components
Must be able to inspect and test assembled units using measurement instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers)

Comfortable working in a multi-temperature environment ranging from -5 degrees to over 100 degrees required

Able to work 8+ hour night shifts, typically Sunday – Thursday. At times weekends and holidays will required
