Strong understanding of wiring diagrams, schematics, and related technical documentation.

Ability to troubleshoot tooling and assist with process improvements and repairs
Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, gloves and steel-toed shoes
Tool & Die Associate's Degree or Journeyman Tool & Die Maker certification
Ability to use hands for fine manipulation, gripping, and operating hand tools and precision instruments
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time during the shift
CNC machining experience required
Experience operating manual and CNC machine tools such as lathes, mills, grinders, and drill presses
Must be able to visually inspect parts and read precision measuring instruments
Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, precision measuring tools, and machining processes
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds with or without assistance
