Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and blueprints.

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Ability to write simple correspondence.
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one interactions with other employees.
Must provide and maintain personal hand tools (screwdrivers, sockets, wrenches, ratchets, pliers, etc.) and proper tool storage.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation and ensure compliance with company safety policies.
Work in tight or confined spaces as needed to complete assembly.
This position is physically demanding and performed in a non-climate-controlled, industrial warehouse environment with exposure to loud noise, dust, and fluctuating temperatures.
Must be able to stand and walk for up to 10 hours per day.
Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, and working with hands and arms.
Regularly lift and move objects up to 50 lbs; occasionally lift up to 75 lbs.
Must be able to work in tight or awkward positions when assembling units.
Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and operating in a high-paced, production-focused setting.
