Proven experience using UKG software (UKG Pro, WFM, or similar modules)
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities
Ability to solve arithmetic problems quickly, and to cross-reference and cross-check numbers repeatedly and frequently
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, H/R, or related field
5+ years of payroll experience, preferably in the hospitality or gaming industry
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll reporting tools
Ability to analyze data and identify reporting errors
Ability to interact with guests, coworkers and management in a professional and courteous manner
Occasionally must deal with angry or hostile individuals
Must be able to sit for long periods of time with infrequent amounts of walking and standing
Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail in order to effectively monitor progress and complete assignments effectively and accurately
Ability to work fast and efficiently
Must be able to reach and twist infrequently
Must have a good sense of balance, and be able to bend, kneel and stoop infrequently
Ability to independently complete multiple tasks in a professional manner
Strong computer skills Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and Windows
Must be able to perform repetitive hand and wrist motions
Highly organized and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
Occasionally overtime may be required
Effectively manage time and prioritization to ensure deadlines are met

Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including all shifts, weekends and holidays
