Associate Safety Professional (ASP) certification preferred or actively working toward certification
2–4 years of field experience in construction safety, construction operations, or a related industry
Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety compliance standards
OSHA 500 certification or equivalent preferred
CPR and AED certification required or ability to obtain shortly after hire
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with field crews, vendors, and management
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams)
Comfortable utilizing digital safety and fleet systems such as Motive and contractor compliance platforms
Familiarity with DOT compliance, driver safety, and vehicle safety standards preferred
Ability and willingness to travel regularly to multiple job sites nationwide
Valid driver's license required
Location: Chester Springs, PA (primary office location) may imply onsite requirement
