Essential Physical Requirements You Will Perform
This position requires talking, lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands.
Standing for at least two consecutive hours, lifting at least 25lbs. stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders, reaching, including above eye level.
Requires close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
Frequent use of computers and other technology, necessary to perform job functions, including handheld equipment, cash register and ability to process register transactions.

Ability to follow verbal procedures and interpret bill of material prints
Use of mechanical hand tools and manufacturing equipment such as ultrasonic welders, resistance welders, tig welders and parts cleaners
Drive to understand and execute processes after initial trainings
Ability to communicate well with peers and supervisors
Basic Rohs soldering skills
Manual dexterity and eye hand coordination
Able to stand for most of the working shift.
