Bachelor's Degree in a Music/Arts or Related Field
1 year of teaching experience or student teaching experience
Ability to model quality singing in front of children
Sound musical knowledge
Knowledge of musical pedagogy practices
Advanced musical notation and theory literacy
Ability to walk up several flights of stairs, and lift up to 15lbs of equipment
Applicants must be authorized to work in The United States without requiring sponsorship

Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling throughout the workday

Follow instructions and complete assigned tasks in a structured operational environment
Open and close facility spaces, including securing doors, adjusting lighting, and preparing areas for daily operations
Clean and maintain restrooms, kitchens, offices, conference rooms, hallways, elevators, and common areas
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors throughout the facility
Remove trash, replace liners, and transport waste to designated disposal areas
Restock restroom and facility supplies as needed
Conduct routine inspections of lighting, doors, floors, and facility conditions, and report maintenance needs
Perform spot cleaning in high-traffic areas and respond to immediate cleaning needs as they arise
Support event setup, resets, and breakdown activities
Assist with event operations including monitoring waste removal, maintaining restroom cleanliness, and supporting general venue logistics
Operate freight and passenger elevators when required during event load-in and load-out
