Minimum of 2 years' experience with affordable housing programs, including but not limited to : LIHTC, HUD (Project Based Section 8, Section 236, PRAC, 811 PRA, USDA - Rural Development (515), HCD, HOME Funds and Bonds)
Affordable Housing Accreditation (HCCP, HCP-E, COS, BOS, TCS, CPO) or other applicable designations in affordable programs is preferred but not required.
High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred or four year's experience in the housing industry; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must have reliable transportation due to the emergency on-call requirement.

This position requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in a production environment where protective equipment is required
Exposure to paint fumes, solvents, and heat from curing ovens; proper ventilation and PPE are provided
Willingness to learn and follow all safety practices and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements
Previous experience in industrial painting or powder coating preferred
Familiarity with spray painting techniques and equipment
Ability to follow standard operating procedures and quality control standards
Strong attention to detail and visual inspection skills
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
