Tool & Die Journeyman certification OR Associate's Degree in Machine Tool Technology (or related field)
Minimum three (3) years of experience as a Tool & Die Maker in a manufacturing environment
Experience using hand tools and precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
All candidates must successfully complete the 3M Maintenance Testing Selection Battery (MTSB) as a condition of consideration for employment
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of application to be eligible for employment with 3M
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status)

Must have sufficient communication, writing, and general housekeeping skills
