Minimum of 10 years of experience in the metal and glass industry, specifically focused on custom and design-intent projects.
Proven proficiency in using AutoCAD and Bluebeam for detailing and plan review.
Advanced proficiency in 3D modeling software such as SketchUp, Revit, or equivalent applications.
Strong understanding of shop drawings, architectural plans, and glass or metal fabrication methodologies.
Excellent communication and leadership skills required to coordinate effectively across internal teams, vendors, and clients.

Hands-on experience participating in or owning fittings, including writing detailed fit comments and pattern corrections

Portfolio or examples showing detailed fit comments and completed tech packs (required during interview process)
Bachelor's degree in Fashion or equivalent hands-on experience
Ability to work onsite 4-5 days per week (100% onsite, no remote options)
