Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource management, business administration, communication or a related field OR
High School diploma or GED with 3 years of dedicated experience in recruiting and full-cycle recruitment in a high volume environment required
Candidates with knowledge and experience in the health care/behavioral health care industry preferred
Experience working with an applicant tracking system
Must demonstrate sound knowledge of effective recruiting and networking techniques
Applied knowledge of applicable state and federal employment regulations
Positive and collegial communication skills and the ability to deal effectively with management and candidates at all levels

Proficiency with SolidWorks 3D drawing software preferred, or other similar CAD design software
Prior experience in Industrial or Marine gear drive application and design
Prior experience in checking manufacturing drawings
Familiarity with AGMA, API and MIL specifications
Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other features of MS office software
