Strong understanding of safety practices within a manufacturing environment.
Ability to read and understand written instructions, blueprints, and communicate clearly.
Basic proficiency with hand tools, measuring tools, and torque equipment.
Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
Ability to use tablets or basic computer systems for documentation.
Ability to sit, stand, bend, squat, twist, climb, and walk for long periods.
Must be able to work at heights per facility safety guidelines.
Able to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 35 lbs regularly.
Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.

Inspection experience and able to use precision measuring devices for overall quality.
Knowledge of proper Health and Safety measures.
Desire to learn and grow within the company.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Knowledge of electrical wiring schematics
Good math skills
Understand and practice safe working methods
Basic understanding of tools
Be willing to work to ISO / QS 9000 standards and have a commitment to continuous improvement
Capable of performing physical tasks including pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
