This position is 100% on-site in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Remote and hybrid work arrangements are not available.
Bachelor's degree in related field, plus two years' experience in fundraising or development
Or, Associate's degree in related field, plus four years of experience in fundraising or development
Strong command of the English language, writing, grammar, and syntax
Strong command of Microsoft Office required
Experience with SharePoint preferred
Donor database (CRM) experience preferred, Raiser's Edge experience a plus
Adobe Acrobat experience a plus
Working knowledge of non-profit fundraising and accounting/budgeting practices
Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills, with ability to prioritize multiple important tasks.
Demonstrated self-starter and ability to work independently with little supervision.
Self-motivated with ability to meet deadlines, demonstrated ability to work under pressure.
Demonstrated ability to apply culturally appropriate skills in interactions with clients, co-workers, volunteers, partner agencies, and other community members.
