Ability to follow directions to repair damaged or defective glass-fiber parts, checking thicknesses, densities, and contours to ensure a close fit after repair.
Select precut fiberglass mats, cloth, and wood-bracing materials as required by parts being produced.
Inspect, clean and prepare the molds by applying, buffing and removal of wax, mold sealers and releases as required on the molds and plugs before beginning work.
Must be able to read, write and follow instructions, as well as preform basic math.
Must be capable of handling chemicals and solvents. Trim excess materials from molds.
Must be able work well with other team members.
Time management and good communication skills are required.
Ability to adapt to a fast pace environment.
Must be safety conscience.
