Verify all materials are prepped for weldment by the BOM
Fit up components to make weldments match prints supplied
Basic blueprint reading skills
Ability to operate an oxy-acetylene torch
3 to 5 years of hands on experience
Regularly exposed to the risk of electrical shock
Ability to operate a forklift
Able to operate computer software to view file
Basic knowledge of welding fundamentals
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate
Scan completed drawings to the correct department
Basic measurement skills (tape measure, combination square set, etc.)
Operate mig welder on low carbon steel
Tig and or Heliarc
Regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and high voltages
