OSHA 10 or 30 certification.
5+ years of commercial HVAC/R service experience.
Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing electrical and mechanical HVAC issues.
EPA 608 Universal Certification required.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Knowledge of VRF/VRV systems, chillers, or boilers.
NATE certification or equivalent technical credential.
Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems and the refrigeration cycle.

Ability to work with both hands for frequent grasping and manipulation.
Full range of motion with upper and lower body. Continual movement including, but not limited to: standing, walking, bending, stooping, crawling, and climbing stairs.
Operation of a motor vehicle onsite, if applicable.
Six months to one-year general maintenance and safety experience.
Regularly performs manual, task-oriented work under direct supervision.
Required to provide own (industry specific) hand tools.
Lifting up to 50 pounds.
Push or pull items and reaching overhead.
Understands and complies with Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) and all other safety requirements.
Exposure to all weather conditions.
Basic computer skills/knowledge required to perform job functions.
