We are looking for a licensed electrician for this role!
A valid electrician license whether C-5, E-1 or Journeyperson.
High school diploma.
2+ years experience in the maintenance and repair of industrial equipment
Preferably in a steel processing environment.
3+ experience in electricial work in an heavy industrial or heavy manufacturing environment.
This position requires walking, standing, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, seeing, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions.
Ability to work around and on industrial equipment.
Ability to operate heavy equipment (e.g., forklift, scissor lift, front-end loader, payloader)
Ability to ascend and descend stairs and ladders.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis.
Must be willing to work around dust, chemicals, and other substances.
Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including but not limited to: hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, steel-toed boots, and hearing protection.
Able to assist with as an elected emergency responder with other maintenance technicians.
Elementary understanding of basic electrical maintenance with PLC and repair.
