3-5 years of experience with CNC programming and operating a CNC machine.
Experience programming in SurfCam, SolidCam, MasterCam, GibbsCAM or Partmaker.
Must have a proficient understanding of G-code and M-code programming.
Experience setting up and troubleshooting CNC machines.
Lift up to 50lbs
Stand for long periods of time
Read Instrumentation and gauges to accurately measure dimensions on parts that are being machined.
Use precision measuring instruments including micrometers and calipers, and fixtures and gauges to check work.
Loads feed mechanism by lifting stock into position.
Setting tool registers, offsets, compensation, and calculating requirements, including basic math, geometry, and trigonometry.
Sets-up lathes by installing and adjusting three- and four-jaw chucks, tools, attachments, collets, bushings, stops, indicating vices.
Verifies settings by measuring positions, first-run part, and sample work pieces, adhering to international standards.
Maintaining equipment and supplies.
Producing machined parts by setting up, and operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines; maintaining quality and safety standards; keeping records.

Must Be Able to Set up, operate, and assists/edits programming of the CNC Haas Lathe and Mill machines to perform machining operations such as milling, boring, threading, drilling, & reaming metal, steel, brass, or aluminum work pieces to specifications
