Compile and verify import/export information, comparing electronic data against commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, etc.
Develop knowledge of supply chain processes, including logistics, planning, and customer master setup
Perform professional-level work involving complex or less-defined issues
Identify problems, develop solutions, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for timely resolution
Obtain necessary documents to maintain compliance with regulations
Extract and manipulate required information from electronic source data (.xls, .txt, etc.)
Work independently on assigned drawback office activities, receiving guidance only on unusual or complex problems
Enter data and perform drawback analysis using Excel and drawback accounting software
Advanced Excel experience is required, and for some levels, expertise in pivot tables and VLOOKUP is needed
Ensure output is reviewed periodically by supervisors or clients as needed

Able to answer the phone and greet the public in a friendly and courteous manner 24/7.
Perform minor welding tasks with electrical welding equipment on mild steels and be knowledgeable of all safety practices relating to welding processes.
Must have experience repairing and maintaining complex high volume conveyor equipment.
Shift A.M. shift, Overnight shift, P.M. shift
Experience repairing and maintaining basic mechanical devices required.
Must have completed classroom training or its equivalent on electrical controls.
Able to remain on feet for extended periods of time.
Able to lift and move up to 75 lbs.
Must have training or equivalent for basic AC & DC electricity.
Knowledge and/or expertise in related area of responsibility.
Able to read blueprints
Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
Able to troubleshoot system-related problems and communicate with team members for a proper resolution.
Able to use relevant computer system applications (which may include spreadsheets, word processors, databases, etc.) at a basic level.
