Outstanding Math and Science knowledge. A combination of applied mathematical experience and electrical engineering skills are necessary for this position, including background and work experience in design optimization using matrices, coordinate transformations, algebra, and solid geometry modeling
Ability to understand the product at both a system and component level from functional and performance perspective
Strong electronics and electrical troubleshooting ability using engineering prints and schematics
Strong understanding of optics and sensors operating in the visible and shortwave to longwave infrared spectrum.
