Minimum of 10 years of verifiable experience overseeing large-scale concrete pours and clear-span steel structures
Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar industrial projects with a zero-incident safety record

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse crews under rigorous oversight
Technical proficiency in digital markup tools and field communication platforms like Slack or Microsoft Teams

Experience managing ground-up construction, site work, concrete, structural systems, framing, MEP coordination, and finish trades.

Experience with construction management software and Microsoft Office.
OSHA certification preferred.
