Ability to operate hand tools including soldering irons, tweezers, torque wrenches, wire strippers, crimps and cutters
Able to work under a microscope for an extended period of time
Possess the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the assigned duties, including computer skills
Precision soldering and small components handling in an electronics manufacturing environment
Typically requires a minimum of 2 - 4 years of related experience, preferably in electronics or PCB assembly.
High school diploma or equivalent
IPC-A-610 and/or J-STD-001 certification
Ability to perform repetitive motion (rotating wrist, using hand tools)
Working knowledge of IPC standards (IPC-A-610, J-STD-001)
Ability to read, understand, and follow instructions
Willingness to support flexible schedules as needed to support production and engineering builds
Maintain sensitive and confidential information as required by company and government requirements
Ability to stand and sit for long periods of time
Proven experience in soldering and reworking PCB assemblies
Read and follow work instructions, detailed manufacturing drawings, wiring diagrams, and workmanship standards to ensure product quality and performance
Travel Requirements: Yes, as required.
