CNC Machine Operation - Ability to run and operate CNC machines including part setup, tool loading, tool offsets, spindle probing
U.S. citizenship or eligible to obtain ITAR authorizations (ITAR Requirements) per ITAR section
Process Engineering - Has a track record of successfully machining difficult parts with stringent requirements. Understands the pitfalls of operation selection, material removal, tooling application, and material science
Machining Knowledge - Has applicable experience with a variety of machine types (mills, lathes), materials (alum, stainless, hard metals), tooling application, workholding, and fixture design
Communication - Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
CAM Programming - 5+ years programming aerospace parts
GD &T - Strong understanding of GD&T; and engineering print reading
U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science
Experience using a Model-Based Systems Engineering or Digital Engineering approach to manage system definitions and technical baselines
Experience performing the risk management process on space, ground, software, and hardware systems Major Defense Acquisition Programs
Experience identifying, analyzing, and proposing program risks, issues, opportunities, and managing handling plans
Ability to be highly motivated, display a dynamic work ethic, and contribute to the DoD mission
Experience with space system and DoD program reviews, including SRR, SDR and SFR, PDR, CDR, MRR, TRR, FCA, or PCA
Secret clearance
Experience using Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Ability to effectively communicate, work independently and collaboratively on a cross-functional team, and take initiative to complete complex tasks to achieve program goals in a fast-paced environment
2+ years of experience performing systems engineering or integration in DoD satellite systems or ground systems
