Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related discipline; or equivalent combination or education and experience.

To successfully perform this role, the individual must have a minimum of 8 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer, Manager, or in a comparable role, along with at least 2 years of management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
