5-8 years of experience with an insurance carrier, commercial agency or brokerage preferred
Valid driver's license
Experience with Sales and Underwriting of large Risk Management type accounts is preferred
Current or prior broker/agent relationship experience preferred
Required to have primary residence within your sales territory or be located near our office location in Stevens Point, WI
Ability to travel extensively (5-7 nights per month)
Highly motivated self-starter with the drive to be a top performer
Exceptional communication, organization and selling skills
Previous technical insurance experience, preferably in sales and/or underwriting
Ability to have and maintain an acceptable motor vehicle report

Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
Comfortable climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Travel expectations – Weekly as needed
Ability to climb ladders and work in rooftop environments with exposure to seasonal temperatures.
Proficient in Microsoft O ice and CRM tools.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Clear verbal communication and active listening.
Working knowledge of Mechanical, Plumbing, or Electrical systems.
Fine motor skills for typing and handling small tools/materials.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
